Rise of Weil
Zero, the legendary reploid, has finally awoken from his 100 year sleep. A human scientist named Ceil, leader of the resistance, is the one who finds him. With the rest of the resistance, she opposes Neo Arcadia. Neo Arcadia is a human utopia, led by X. X has been falsely accusing reploids of being mavericks, and has begun to destroy them. His four generals lead a select group of combat reploids. The generals are named Phantom, Fenrir, Harpuia, and Leviathan. Zero begins his war against his old comrade, X, and all of Neo Arcadia.
While Zero is fighting Neo Arcadia, a strange energy spirit appears. It is soon revealed that this spirit is the true X. The spirit has a new body created, and he goes into Neo Arcadia with Zero.
The four guardians are shocked to see Copy X, ruler of Neo Arcadia, fall. They then realize that they have been deceived.
A man named Weil appears, and rebuilds Copy X. Then he destroys the original X, by using a powerful entity known as the Dark Elf.
The four generals join the resistance, after X is destroyed. Zero and the resistance go after Weil, to take him down. A combat reploid named Craft, and other Neo Arcadian reploids join the resistance and help them take down Weil.

Age of the Biometal
After Model Zx defeated serpent and Model W, the world became a much safer place. However, the hero disappeared a short time after.
A large number of mechaniloids continued to harass human all over the world, and most of the reploids saw this as a chance to improve their lot in life, by taking control of the mechaniloid factories and producing large armies.
Because of this threat, certain humans were gifted with powerful armor. It acted similar to Bio Metal, but had no spirit in it. It simply changed into powerful armor, and could be fused with any other.
One reploid has risen above all the others. He wears black and orange armor, with purple marks on his cheeks and two large fins on his head. He has taken over much of the planet, forcing a large percentage of the reploid population under his control.
