Kyousou city is in turmoil. Once peaceful and relatively safe to live in there has been a huge increase in gang activities. This activity is brought about by the Suits, a collection of four gangs The Spades, The Hearts, The Diamonds and The Klovers. Each has a monopoly on the city. The Spades control the most people including some of the police force and other public workers. The Hearts are big on the arts and get most of the income from music sales and movies. Diamonds control the riverbanks so they get money from trade tariffs they make. Finally, The Klovers have a monopoly on the city's oil. It is with these advantages that each has been able to make it's own small empire in Kyousou.
Recently however there has been a recent force to be reckoned with The Royals. With all these factors you will need everything at your disposal to live in your faction. Watch out and good luck.
