ᴛhe Black Company, has been a name that has transcended millennia. Their origins are unknown, but their history is long and proud. An elite Free Company of Mercenaries that hail from the far-flung and mysterious region of Khatovar, they are the last of their kind. As other Khatovar Free Companies were wiped out in wars again and again, only the Black Company stood the test of time. Some consider them heroes. Others consider them a scourge.
They have no allegiance except for gold. They have no alignment except for whoever pays the most. However, if they are betrayed, or a member is killed, then the Black Company will fight with its greatest ferocity to avenge their dignity or their fallen, no matter what the cost.
