Long in the past, demonic creatures ran amuck on the surface of our planet, Higalia, and tore the lands apart. Soon after the creatures appeared however, a powerful guardian came from the stars and trapped the beasts beneath the surface of Higalia, saving the planet and keeping the power of the demons surfaced for thousands of years.

Now, a city stands in honor of the guardian, and over the very spot where he buried the demons. Near that city stands an Academy, seemingly there to train teenagers and young adults who live in the city, but is really there to train those young adults to combat the demons that are slowly reappearing.

The Headmaster of the Academy has run the school beautifully, producing hundreds upon hundreds of powerful warriors who have protected the city for decades, and now a new batch of heroes is emerging in the Academy's very halls, ready to fight the demons coming to retake Higalia...
