- Terra is a little blue planet very similar to Earth. In fact it is Earth but on a parallel plane of existence. For centuries beings with exceptional abilities have been walking among humans, hiding their true natures, and defending humanity from whatever would threaten their extinction.
Ten years ago a mad man calling himself Dr. Forecast held the world hostage with his Weathermen, robots with the abilities to manipulate the weather, and demanded that the U.N. hand over control of the planet to him. At first the world didn't take him seriously as Dr. Forecast threatened to wipe whole cities off the map. To prove his point he sent his five weather machines to different locations to give the world a glimpse of what he was capable of. Osaka was hit with tornadoes, Israel experienced severe blizzards, London suffered from a terrible heat wave, the west coast of America was slammed by small tsunamis, and Canada was struck by electrical storms. Out of the fear and chaos five heroes rose up to defeat Dr. Forecast's Weathermen.
A decade later more Para have come forward displaying their incredible abilities. Some follow in the footsteps of Dr. Forecast while other aspire to be something greater. Paragons.
Trouble is brewing under the surface, as a new player emerges. The para terrorist group, Reign, has risen from the dark. Their goals are unclear, but they spread corruption and chaos everywhere they go, causing mayhem and disorder. They are led by a mysterious para, only known by his alias, Superior. Some say they are the newest threat to the world. Others believe that new heroes will stand and fight. But only time will reveal what intentions Reign has for us all.
