New Shiro is filled with mystery, magic, passion, and hatred. Everyone here has a secret, be it good or bad.
Be a hero, a villain, a runaway slave(nothing TOO kinky), immortal, a dragon, a dog, and literally anything you can come up with! Join the only Gaia role play completely up to the imagination of the people who join, and the cruel minds of the crew and captains.
The town itself is large, more like a small country or an entire state. The population is very low, but somehow the town survives. If person-to-person contact is not needed, such as the amusement park, the task is seemingly run by magic.

♩♪♫♬♭ So you want to join us? Well I suppose you should know the story of this town shouldn't you?
There was a couple The man was a Shapeshifter, the woman, a sorceress.They met in a great war, and neither of them would back down, die, or lose. So after many days of fighting, they struck an agreement, one to be allies, and became much more. They were practically opposites, one calm, the other short tempered, but despite this, they normally got along. When they got married they needed a place they could be themselves, and not hide their immortality, or magic. They built Kuro Shiro as a haven for them, and those who did not belong in the human world. They provided only a few entrances to the town, a train that only showed up to bring people, arriving on foot or an airport for only private planes. They built a double-headed dragon statue in the square to show how they co-existed, as yin and Yang. Half of the statue was white, the other half the deepest black, and the wife poured her extra power into the statue drawing the people with abilities there. The husband, realizing it also changed normal humans, put a stopper on the fountain, only while the water flowed, would people be given powers.
After many years of living, they had several children, all who went their own way, scattered about the earth, just as the founders of the town had. One of their decedents curiously unplugged the stopper, as a result disaster happened. One of the people with a tainted heart was given powers and destroyed the entire town, save the fountain. The child obliterated the man-creature and rebuilt the town as New Shiro, to stand for a new 'White Castle' sanctuary for the abnormal. That particular descendant, was never seen again. With the town destroyed, history of the town and the events creating it anew were lost.Without this knowledge, the city moves along as always, undisturbed in its limbo-like state of law, where anything can happen, and the people control their own fate.
What is happening now
As the role-play opens characters of varying backgrounds appearances and abilities have begun to appear in the town, or come form the wood-works as resident citizens. As more people appear and they break off into groups of friends, foes, and acquaintances, the drama of the individuals unfolds and intertwines to form a flexible individual plot.
After this, what happens next for New Shiro? A new enemy, peace, war, or perhaps romance for the people of the demented town? Your light may be this town's only hope. ♩♪♫♬♭
