They say that in ancient times there were great heroes by the names such as Naruto Uzumaki however these stories have fallen into myth and legend, taking their place beside the Sage of 6 Paths.
Now, after the 6th great ninja war, tensions run high. Many clans were decimated, among them the famed Uchiha, reduced to the single digits once again. There were several new clans that came forward in the destruction of the wars.
During the war however, there came new techniques and machines that would sweep through the terrain, turning once lush forests into wastelands. Now with the tentative peace in the land, arguments have risen over what to do with the massive tracts of burned land. Kohana heads the push to restore the forests and thus the balance with nature, along with Iwaga. Standing opposed to them however, is Kumoga and Sunaga that support leaving the tracts of land and instead changing them to fields and towns. Then, standing among it all, is Kiriga, which has fallen back to its old ways, once again becoming the Village of the Blood Mist.
