1) Me and some members I am friends with are very busy due to college so please don't pester us if you want us to reply. If we're being pestered, then we will give out a warning.

2) There is a warning system, I threw my old 'three strikes and you're kicked out' rules. If someone gets a warning then a PM is sent to them. Multiple warnings can result in suspension or possible banning.
