Recruiting is a good way to get gifts. With the certain amount of recruits you'll get a free item from me. i will put a chart below. But you MUST SEND A PM telling me who you recruited, and another one telling me your selected gift!
RECRUIT EXCHANGE CHART
5 recruits: mystery gift/badge (a simple bronze badge bought for about 600g)
10 recruits: a selected gift (PM your selected gift choice 7500 max)
20 recruits: a promotion

VERY IMPORTANT FOR ALL MEMBERS:
We are a very new group so the main thing we need to do now is recruit. But it gets really tiring to have tons of messages sent about people who have been recruited but neither the recruiter nor recruited knows how to join so i have to send invites.

1. Go to forums and then guilds
2. search Government of Gaia
3. look at the toolbar at the top and i'm sure you'll find the request to join button

I will take it from there. AND YES THERE MUST BE AN ENTRY FEE, I have decide on a price of 150, and i think that is very reasonable. If you think otherwise by all means feel free to suggest an amended price.

THE ENTRY FEE MONEY DOES NOT GO TO ME AT ALL. IT GETS PUT IN THE GUILD ACCOUNT. SAME FOR DONATION MONEY.

Regarding donations/Promotions: I am not forcing you or even asking you to donate money. If you don't than it won't penalize. But if you are not in the first few people or original people asked specifically by me to join than you will not receive a random Promotion.

The only way to get a promotion is to show outstanding achievement in the guild or by donating money to the guild. If you do not have money I understand but remember there are other ways to get promoted. Here is the DONATION CHART
500-2000: Promotion to Crew
2500-5000: Promotion to Vice Captain
6000-10000: Group Leader
10000+ : Advisory Associate
DO NOT GIVE THE BARE MINIMUM OR YOU MAY NOT BE PROMOTED

If you ask me for a promotion:
1 time will get you a warning
2 will get you a demotion or if you're ranked member i will suspend you from the guild for a certain amount of time
3 will get you immediately kicked out of the guild.
These punishments are not given if you are simply asking how to get promoted but if you ask twice it will get you a warning etc.
