STEP 2
Exposition
For many years since the creation of the Gotei, Soul Reapers, otherwise known as Shinigamis, ruled the spiritual planes. It was the Golden Age of Seireitei, they were an organized military force which gave them the upper hand on their natural enemies, the hollow. The unity also allowed them to pass on the knowledge and skills of older generations to the newer and the creation of the Shino Academy only further increased their ranks. Unfortunately, all good things never last.
Conflict
A mysterious phenomenon dubbed as the 'White Night' washed over Seireitei overnight. All Shinigamis of officer rank and up had simply vanished from existence. Witness reports that the victims had simply started breaking down into Reishi particles and promptly sucked upwards in bright columns of light. All that were left were memories and scattered traces of their past existence. Central 46 were no more, Captains were no more, Seireitei has had its head brutally ripped away and with this vacuum of power, one question arose: who will lead this army of spiritual warriors? Surely not a ragtag group of Shino Academy students, right?

It is expected that you know the basic concepts of Shinigamis, Hollows, Soul Society and other core elements of the Bleach universe, but being unaware of the finer details is perfectly fine. Please take note that although this is a Bleach-based RP guild, some elements of Kubo's universe have not been kept for the sake of balance. This RP ignores a good majority of the Arrancar arc and almost everything after that. For more information of Canon Bleach material,consult the [Bleach Wikia].
We are a slow-paced Bleach role-play focused around character development. We are against having static characters that do not grow and adapt throughout the story. There will be no Captains or Espadas from the get-go because this is not a competition of who has the strongest Reiatsu. This is also an Alternate, taco, Universe of sorts so there will be no canon characters.
The guild is semi-literate and up, but our goal is to help role-players reach the "and up" level. Despite that, we favor quantity of quality and do not ask for bricks so long as posts have good content that can move the plot forward. Side-stories are more than welcomed so long as they make sense in the main continuity. If you are unsure, contact one of the moderators, but keep in mind that all stories need to involve more than your character and his or her best buddy otherwise it will be a 1x1 private role-play.
