Kusikara is an academy set up to admit the brightest of students. While the academy is quite expensive due to its brilliant teachers and beautiful architecture, it is not only rich students that are allowed to attend. While the vast majority of students are from rich background, scholarships are available so that even the students without a lot of money are able to attend the school. There is, however, a huge discrimination against these students by most of the students with more money. This can often lead to conflict, but at the end of the day all that matters is that you are learning, right?
