This is who we are!
In this Air Gear guild, Air Gear: Live Your Life!, we take the story of Air Gear and Kogarasumaru to heart. This is an Air Gear role-play guild, and if you don't know what Air Gear is, then we recommend that you find out, even if you don't plan on joining. We have everything to make your RP experience fun, including a rank system, stat system, and battle system. Plus, we leave so much power in the hands of our members, taking guild polls and your own ideas to make many decisions. Not to mention that we leave tons of customization to the member as well. Though don't forget, good role-playing is still up to the level of the member. We are a semi-literate guild, so we won't go totally crazy over mistakes... Though at least make sure that we can understand what you're saying.
We will accept practically anybody that is interested, so if you are, come on down!

This is what we believe!
• Please, for the love of what is good, show some respect. Not only to the Captain, Vice-Captains, and Crew, but to each other as well.
Joking around is all good, but going too far will result in punishment.

• Try to be as active as you can. It gets pretty upsetting when you're having a spirited RP, and then get stuck for days until you decide to just leave.
If something important comes up, then it's understandable, but try and let us know one way or another.

• Be patient. With all of the craziness of this world, even the VC's and Crew get overwhelmed sometimes, but even so, the job will still get done, so just wait a bit. Profile Acceptances, Profile Updates, Custom Road Evaluations, Custom Trick Evaluations. It'll all be handled.

*Note: Don't feel obligated to have to read all of these. They're just if you want to know.

• Air Treks: The fundamental basic of which Air Gear revolves. In layman's terms, you can think of Air Treks (AT's) as advanced, motorized inline skates. Completely customizable and one-of-a-kind, they can be considered the most special thing to a rider.

• Air Trek Police: While not completely evident in the real story itself, this is one of our own creations. The Air Trek Police (ATP) are a subdivision of the Wind G-Men, which were the storyline police of Air Gear. The ATP are specialized units that are completely mobile through Air Treks. They use the weapons of the Storm Riders against themselves. You are eligible to make your character an ATP, who actually receive special perks.

• Genesis: Created by the primary antagonist of the story and a defect from sleeping Forest, Genesis is the largest Storm Rider team in history, and arguably, the strongest team, if not one of them. Their main goal is to finally be able to claim the Sky Regalia from the Trophaeum Tower and defeat Sleeping Forest. Gravity Children abound in Genesis.

• Godmodding: The act of making your character out to be completely invincible and untouchable. A serious crime in just about all RP guilds, this will not be tolerated when caught over and over again.

• Gravity Children: Genetically modified children. The creators of Air Treks had realized that normal people couldn’t use them to its full potential. To solve this, they had created modified children, raised them under zero-gravity conditions and have them use AT’s from birth. Their modifications gave them a natural forte at riding, making them some of the best natural riders. You are not eligible to make your character a Gravity Child.

• Kings: The cream of the crop, if you will. They are some of the strongest riders in the story, and in the guild. They have reached the prime of their Road, and are excessively famous in the AT world. Not only strong, they have special AT's that work to improve their ride by incredible amounts.

• Kogarasumaru: The protagonist team of the story of Air Gear. You follow their journey to become the best of the best, and undoubtedly, they show themselves, time and time again. Learn all about their ups and downs by becoming fully involved in Air Gear, here! (Unless you already have xD)

• Link Tuner: Basically, they are AT mechanics. Every rider and AT has it's own unique rhythm, and Link Tuners, often just shortened to Tuners, work by tuning a rider's AT's to match their rhythm as closely as possible, thereby increasing performance. Not all tuners can ride AT's, but they are always invaluable characters. You are eligible to make your character a Tuner, who actually receive special perks, and are able to open your own tuning shops.

• MCC: A term that isn't really usually use anywhere else, we sort of just made it up. MCC stands for "Mod-Controlled Characters". they are a little bit different than your regular NPC's, but they are basically special NPC's that mods control and make a lot of appearances with.

• Metagaming: Another serious offense in RP'ing. It is using information that your character shouldn't know, even if you yourself do, and acting as if your RPC does know it. Doing this often leads to a case of godmodding.

• NPC: A common element in almost all RP's. NPC's are "Non-Player Characters", meaning just what you'd think. Characters that aren't really used by the player. It can go anywhere from enemies that mods will send after you, or your own NPC's that you use for self-RP'ing.

• OoC: Standing for "Out of Context", OoC is for all of the things that are spoken outside the context of characters. What you are saying to who you are RP'ing with, commenting about their moves, or side things, or whatever. Usually indicated inside a pair of parentheses, like (( this )), or brackets, like [[ this ]].

• Parts War: Parts War is the specific name for official battles that take place between teams of riders. Just a normal fight isn't classified as a real Parts War, but specialized fights that have special rules, divided into six classes of battles. Parts War is where riders will show the world what they are made of.

• R.E.A.D: R.E.A.D. is an important program that is installed in every pair of AT’s. By inserting the rider’s memory stick, it records every bit of performance data that the AT’s go through, such as the number of times jumped, the amount of total air time, rank of the rider, rider’s tricks, and etc. Other riders can access this data by accessing the AT Network with a cell phone or laptop to get the news on top riders, or just to scope out the competition.

• Regalia: To put in comparison, a Regalia would be the King’s “crown”. It’s the proof of the rider’s worth as King. Regalia are specialized AT’s that have the innate enhancements to multiply a King’s abilities many times over. Even if a rider has the skills of a King, they can’t, and won’t, be recognized as one without the Regalia.

• Roads: Another fundamental principle for all riders, Roads can be considered the backbone for all of the rider’s tricks and style, but also, Roads are often enough a representation of who the rider is. Roads are the collected factors of how a rider rides. Their rider type and tricks. It’s one of the top priority things you should worry about… and what your enemies should worry about too, for that matter.

• RPC: You, or rather, your character. RPC, standing for Role-Playing Character, is who you make for RP’ing. Obvious, but… you know. It’s good to have a full list.

• Sleeping Forest: Arguably, the greatest Storm Rider team in existence. There are two. The Original Sleeping Forest and the New Sleeping Forest. The Original Sleeping Forest is the start of the legend. Being the original Eight Kings of AT, with most being Gravity Children. This is the Sleeping Forest that is thought of as the strongest team ever… until “circumstances” had torn them apart. The New Sleeping Forest is one of the three major teams in the Air Gear story, being comprised of many new members. Both old and new, sleeping Forest believed in protecting the Trophaeum Tower, and keeping others away from the legendary Sky Regalia... This is the cause of the war.

• Storm Rider: The name given to those who ride Air Treks. It’s a title many seek after, and also a name many despise. A gift and a curse. It’s all what you make it.

• Trophaeum Tower: The mysterious “peak” of the Storm Rider world. It is the “highest” point, where most riders wish to reach and claim the Sky Regalia, the Regalia of Regalias. It is protected by Sleeping Forest and is also the place of origin for the Gravity Children.

• Fairy Tail: Grand Union: Just opened and guaranteed to be a good time, this Fairy Tail guild is owned by one of our AG: LYL mods, M o u r n ii n g W o o d. The system is adopted from our own here, so it if you like it over here, then you should have a great time over there, with many familiar members.

• Zombie Survival: Highschool of the Dead: For all those Zombie fans out there! This guild is inspired by the popular manga and anime series "High School of the Dead". The guild is owned by one of our members, I3ambi.
