One Teaspoon
I dont eat much fruit at all because I try to stay away from the sugars, I usually only have one serving a day. Vegetables on the other hand, I eat a ton. A lot of the bases for my meals are "throw vegetables in a pan/pot and see what happens." Veggie chili, veggie soups, veggie stir fries, veggies with pasta, veggies with meat, steamed, roasted, stewed- all is good :)

You obviously have internet, so check out fitnessblender.com. They have premade routines for you, with a time tracker and estimated calories burned. The videos don't have music so you can play your own. It will add some variety to your workouts (important) and sometimes theyre kinda fun :)

See, I had pretty much the same problem because I had to buy shirts/dresses up a few sizes because they wouldnt fit over my hips! I got sized for a bridesmaids dress this year- after I got the boobs mind you- and they said my chest sized as a "2" and my hips sized as a "14" so I had to get a 12 and tailor it down 5 sizes @_@

Frozen fruits/veggies are where it's at. Buy them in bulk, even when it seems like its expensive to do so. You can usually find coupons- even if you dont get the paper or in the mail, you can almost always find some online.

If Im getting hangry, almonds or a spoonful of peanut butter. If I just want to munch Ill grab a bag of baby carrots and go to town. I think a pound is like 135 calories and thats a lot of carrots hahaha. The best way to go about it is to eat a ton of tiny meals so you never get to that point though, stash easy foods like yogurt around to keep your blood sugar up Also, I wouldnt eat raisins ...

If you're feeling super bloated, Id suggest cutting down your meal sizes to 200-300 calories and just eating more frequently if that's at all possible. Also, sodium makes you bloat a bunch if thats an issue. I know I LOVE salty soups (miso, etc) but even if its only like 200 calories I look like a balloon. My mom ALWAYS tells me that when she was my age if she just ate 1200 calories a day ...

Id say that's a pretty reasonable goal! My dairy intake is nearly nonexistent, Im a little lactose intolerant and while its not super painful the bloating just makes me feel awful. Well, I say non existent but I got free pizza yesterday ;) Not when I cook for myself, at least

I 100% agree with taking Mucinex. That stuff works amazing when you are congested. Also, if there is pain with your congestion Sudafed (the real stuff you buy over the counter) always takes a lot of the pain from me. If you spend a good amount of time at home though I'd encourage daily vacuuming and a good air filter. I know those are kind of an investment but if you aren't breathing it in whil ...
