I think that its just becoming more recognizable nowadays, and people aren't as afraid to reach out for help. Even the generational difference between my mom and I is huge- she used to threaten "to take me to a shrink" when I was exhibiting signs of depression

Swimming is a great start! I would honestly recommend a fitness tracker for you. I bought a basic Jawbone off of amazon for $40, and one of its functions is that it buzzes at me every 45 minutes if I haven't been moving. Even if I just get up and walk around the house, it means Im not sitting for hours at a time (which is so easy to do)

There's a lot of back and forth on this, but nothing set in stone in the literature. My opinion is its better to have a crystal light than a root beer, but its better to have water than either. You guys can also try just adding a slice of lemon with some stevia, if you want to try to face both sides.

Go here if you want to try a good pilates workout. It wont burn as many calories as other exercises, but boy does it burn and you can start slowly building muscle. A 30 minute walk is a good starting place. What I would suggest is doing a short workout video and then going for the walk, and eventually working your way up to a longer workout video and a run. A lot of the beginning is just setting yourself up for success. Start with an app like myfitnesspal to count your calories and just kind of see what your food intake is like, and make an effort to reduce that number by 300-400cal. My parents are the same!! Everything in that house is slathered in butter and served with potatoes. Of course, my mom has high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Having an iron will is exhausting! Could they be irritated by anything? Itchy material, tight bra. Or has the weather been super funky around you? If it messes with peoples headaches and sinuses, I dont see why it couldnt affect your nips!

If it were me, I'd try the ladies thing first just to get a feel for it. Also if you have a friend you could do it with, a couple at my apartment complex bought some gloves and they just box each other! Not like fighting, but they punch into each others gloved hands yknow?

The only thing I have when I first wake up is a plant-based protein shake, because I am hypoglycemic and the slightest touch lactose-intolerant. However, I usually have a serving of almonds within the next hour. You know, you really don't have to eat "breakfast" foods for breakfast. One of my friends has a -lot- of allergies and she has rice with meat every morning.

Im serious when I say check out fitnessblender.com. You can search by difficulty, time you have to spend, and calories burned! Just click the box that says "no equipment" and you can find routines for body weight exercises. pilates, kickboxing, etc. I use it probably 2-3 times a week, especially when I dont want to put on clothes to go to a real gym.
