Im serious when I say check out fitnessblender.com. You can search by difficulty, time you have to spend, and calories burned! Just click the box that says "no equipment" and you can find routines for body weight exercises. pilates, kickboxing, etc. I use it probably 2-3 times a week, especially when I dont want to put on clothes to go to a real gym.

I took a lot of biochem-heavy nutrition courses in college, and I can tell you that frozen veggies have all the nutrients they would have as fresh. Microwaving them is pretty much the best way to keep in the nutrients, besides eating them raw! I have PCOS so my lady time is naturally ******** to hell, but on BC the one thing that throws it out of whack is stress. As soon as I go through a crazy stressful few days, my period starts in full swing and doesnt end til its supposed to. I know thats not the issue youre having, but as far as emotions swaying lady time, that is confirmed :)

Usually I'll dance on my easy workout days :) Not that it wont break a sweat, but just the fact that it feels easier. Bollywood is becoming my new thing :rofl:

If it's fat you need, eat the fat! Just find a healthier source to get it from. Try avocado, coconut milk, or a handful of almonds with your next meal. Its important to listen to your body, and utilize your cravings before they start bringing you down!

I dont do yoga nearly as much as I used to, but I used to get up at 5am every day to do it when I was having mental issues. And wow- it helped a lot. Back then I didn't need the toning as much so I cant tell you what all it did for my body, but I felt really great!
