This is super-cute and very well-done and deserves a lot more attention than this.
I think I remember your comics from when you first posted the one with the princess rescuing a prince. Holy s**t, you've improved a ton since then and you had a really good beginning, to boot.

I have to disagree -- the best way to learn is by doing and in comics, art skills alone won't get you far. You have to be good at sequential storytelling, which you can't learn without doing.
OP should probably start doing short comics and keep practising anatomy at the same time. And, if nothing else, doing comics will improve your art very quickly.

Hands. I dread drawing hands. I seriously need to get better at them.

I buggered up by hand pretty badly and ignored it for months, which just made it get worse (RSI, whee).
The solution was actually fairly painless -- I avoided drawing for two weeks and wore a supportive bandage. I also got a wrist support thingie for my keyboard. Hand's much better now.

As for the girl issues, you can say that with any 'lone' character. Why the black man? The gay guy? The (insert minority here) but I plan to have a wide range of subcharacters to back up the main ones and add diversity so I hope that'll be avoided. Hopefully. Thank you so much for reminding me to keep an eye out on it though!
Yeah, that's actually exactly what I meant! You have to be very ca ...

Your one-man Third Reich might need some backup. I recommend reading up on the Nazi leaders and the structure of the NSDAP in general, for ideas. If you wanna go the other way, reading up on Stalin and his paranoid shenanigans might give you some good ideas about how to write a paranoid, autocratic ruler who doesn't keep permanent allies.
Other than that? Aside from "WUF" being a funny acronym, ...

I wouldn't know, the only time I had to deal with anything significant health-wise, I was in Germany and their system is completely different.
But if I recall, not all procedures are offered on the HSE (in Ireland, at least) and private has less waiting lists.
The waiting lists, incidentally, are not due to OMG SOCIALIST HEALTHCARE, but likely due to lack of any significant funding for the H ...

Jesus.
Here in Ireland, for the uninsured, it'd be EUR 50 to 60 for a GP visit (less if you have a medical card -- but those are only given to people with low income) and I think emergency services are free, unless you're going private for some inexplicable reason.
Of course, in Britain, it's all free, always, unless you're going private. ¬_¬

This is probably why you should write more than one chapter ahead.
EDIT: Sorry, this came off harsher than I intended. Basically, while character-development chapters and/or episodes are important, you must make sure that the character development moves in a way that will benefit the plot later on.
But you really need to plan further ahead.

I really wish I could find a tutorial aimed specifically at character design. Like, for super-cartoony stuff. I'm having a bit of an art block.

I just spend way, way too much time not actually pencilling or inking or whatever and I should really stop that. But my attention span is not cooperating.

Urgh, two days to pencil one page. This is not promising for anything resembling a regular update schedule.
