Yeah...... I end up giving him the belly rub anyways as well. Inside my head, though, I'm thinking: "Really??? You're serious right now? I'm the one upset and yet you want the belly rub? Where's my belly rub??"

When my dog sees that I am feeling sad, he comes and lays his head on my lap. 2 minutes later he rolls over and asks for belly rubs............ Not sure he realizes that me giving him belly rubs only makes him feel better.

How long can you hold grudges? 28 Chatterbox 6/29/15 12:26am
Weed and Sweaters
As long as I need or want to. Grudges take a lot of energy, though, and more often than not, that person isn't worth the energy I'm using to think up ways I can make them feel like the a*****e they are.

Depends on where on your back it is, because of course you'll need to be able to reach the spot in order to apply the ice. If it's your shoulders/the curve of your neck, it will be really easy to apply it yourself; if it's along your spine, that's going to be a bit more difficult to do alone.... When you do get around to applying the ice, remember to breathe out as it touches your ski ...

That depends on the stage of injury. Heat is really nice for relaxing the muscles to give them temporary relief if all you are doing is applying heat and not getting any body work (massage, physio, acupuncture, etc) done. DO NOT use heat if the area is inflammed!!! Ice also depends on desired results. Short applications of ice are more used to stimulate the structures, whereas longer applicati ...

Also check out how you are sitting, in terms of chair height and desk height. You should be sitting so that your knees are at a 90 degree angle, and the desk should be low enough that your elbows are at 90 degrees as well. Your back problems might be because you're not using "proper fitted" furniture. ((Sorry if all these seemingly obvious advice tips are annoying. I am training to ...

Try starting off with small things. If you notice that your head is leaning forward a lot when driving or reading or watching TV or whatever, try to pull it into a more straight position. Baby steps.

What is your posture like? If you sit slouched and with super rounded shoulders, the problem may stem from your chest being too tight.
