I'm skeptical. Locks are delicate. If it were that hard to lock it, the locking mechanism would be likely to break. I'm also curious as to why the "unnatural" was your first guess. It could well have been a burglar. Lastly, how did you get it unlocked? This was the most convincing experience so far. I don't exactly know how to explain this, but it was NOT natural: I was walking my dogs out in the front lat at night before I went to bed. I ALWAYS leave the door open and unlocked because I never bring a key, and sleeping in dirt sucks. On my way in, I reached for the door, and it slammed in my face.
