A bad diet is when you constantly eat processed foods and high fat foods. It was only a day or two, it wouldn't kill you. You may or may not. You shouldn't gain any weight, but it depends on your body type. But the biggest task would have to be your mental state.

No. Everyone needs a cheat day. I am on a healthy kick and I had my slip up day yesterday and friday. I had chips and dip both days. We need to indulge so we can keep ourselves on track every now and then so we don't binge and give up completely. I didn't even go out for my walk yesterday.

I would recommend just starting off with simply just walking. Sometimes certain foods or smells can trigger them too. I find that the smell of Vanilla really throws me for a loop. And a friend of mine couldn't eat corn without getting severe migraine or tea. Tea makes my boss get incredible severe migraines to the point were he vomits. Maybe you could also try tweaking what you eat and see if ...

A good method is possibly the fake ones. A lot of my friends as much as the nicotine craves, it's a bit part of the habit of having something in their fingers and putting it on their lips. Also, maybe every time you want to take a smoke do something active instead.

How long did it take you to walk that far? I for the last month have walked 4miles everyday. occasionally only 3.78miles. But I don't recall ever having leg spasms afterwards. The only time I had sore legs was after walking in the snow and sliding and tripping on ice. Good luck! I've got some of my own goals too. I hope you can achieve them. It's good to have small goals and reach those. Helps keep you on top and doesn't defeat you. I found that out the hard way. Small steps help you reach the bigger goal. :) Good luck!!

You could be hitting a plateau. This is where you unfortunately need to increase the amount you do, or retweak what you eat. I have heard that drinking your calories can cause you to become hungrier quicker than if you ate them. And peanut butter helps stave off hunger longer in the morning.

Squats are a good leg work out. If you are looking for calves more specifically I would recommend calve raises and step ups to calve raise. Simple calve raise you can simply stand normally and then lift on to your toes and back down. Repeat this for 3 sets with a rep of 8 - 12. I good way to easy into running is to beginning with walking. Walking will help strengthen muscles as well as help with the beginning weight lose which will then help you run easier. Walking, if you increase it to a brisk pace will also help strengthen your lungs as well. I'm not trying to loose weight, and I haven't, but I have lost a fair amount of body fat. The only thing I am doing is eating clean and healthy.
