I'd also like to say the new keyboard I've got is fantastic. I've just plugged it in and my god are the keys simply phenomenal. Spaced a little way apart, easy to click, and much quieter than the ones I've used countless times before. I'd like to thank Wiggle for this amazing birthday gift.

I know of the ways to wield a longsword, I've used on and actually own an arming sword myself. Very fun to use and a little difficult to get used to the weight. And we may just act as the war council, but I don't have any arguments with that. I will be in the OOC more as my laptop's LCD light failed and I can't read jack or s**t on the screen - and jack left town.

He was the type of person who would scoff at sadness and insult happiness. Both were moods he'd long since abandoned, and while occasionally ...

It was uncleaned, dirtied from years of service, rain had leaked through its ancient mortar and had weakened it. The wall would need to be cleaned and replaced, as in war there was no time for aging. Though that spoke ...

So I'm interested in seeing how this dinner goes. I would be loathe to give up my ideas for how to have Baldrik interact with the rest of the guests, but I can assure that it won't be the most festive of feasts. As it stands I think we've established how much of a strong position the Eyre has, with its good reserves of both wood and iron, strong warriors, and souls more willing to dedicate themse ...

Well then I suspect gaining the trust and use of your scholar would play an important role in the war to come. Knowledge defeats strength in almost every scenario, especially when knowledge has men willing to fight with it.

Well you never know. There might be different traditions here than in actual medieval Europe. Honor might not be lost on the archer or perhaps they're seen as a necessary equivalent when one party doesn't have enough iron to supply their entire force. But what my character is going to stress is how effective the actual plan is. As my character is a realist and completely understanding that, in ...

Well in regards to avian populations also consider they live in a forest which is where most birds would likely lay their nests, so perhaps for one part of the year (Summer) They harvest maybe 3000 feathers from the birds an use those to fletch some arrows and slowly build up their supply. The Eyre also have many allies in the warmer parts of the north who could send them arrows in return for ...

If one side wanted to defeat the other than all one would need to do would be stifle their economy. There was a reason why traveling on roads was so dangerous, usually caravans would be stopped and either raided or burned. Usually raided as the needless sacrifice of resources would be pointless in and of itself. However the house of Eyre seems to value honor above a lot of things so they would ...

Because very rarely to I run into people who understand that economics play a huge part when it comes to warfare and I somewhat regret not being a different character so I can reinforce those sentiments. Maybe I'll make another one. But it's very interesting that you'd bring all of that up, because this is largely a feudal system which would mean that most villagers aren't going to be treat ...

The family entered slowly, dresses and long capes flowing after them like fog or, perhaps, several clouds. They each moved gracefully with practiced tact with exception to Etana, who moved like a predator hunting after her prey. Though ...

Although Baldrik was only paying half attention to the ceremony, he did crane his head back towards the royals to see what the ...

Well it's not that I wasn't scared of horror movies I've just always been a realistic person. I wasn't born into a religious household and sort of regard most of anything involving demons and ghosts as simple tall tales and nothing more. Though to be fair horror games are a lot more interactive and are much more frightening. It took me two days to cross the first part of Dead Space when I w ...

Eh. When I was little my dad and I used to watch bad movies together. Like just awful works of film. From bad horror movies to terrible action flicks. It was something we kind of bonded over. I think to this day my favorite "horror" movies are the old Evil Dead films.
