I'd personally say it's knowledge versus comprehension.It's the sort of question with an answer you could pull right out of a text book.All the question is asking is which system works in the manner they described.Comprehension,on the other hand,wouldn't be something with an answer that can be found through a book.It requires an actual understanding of what you're studying.That's just my input tho ...
