hey been awhile seen Ive been here but just wondering has anyone here ever made a jump from anime convention aa to dealer room at different type of convention? oooh thats the same! I had found this video last year: http://www.etsy.com/storque/how-to/how-to-make-a-box-out-of-paper-scraps-243/ on etsy it's really neat I made some for x-mas but forgot about it until I realized why buy when I can make? ok who has some cost saving tips for the artist alley? espically for those big cons where you need to pay a few hundred for the hotel and good chuck of cash for parking etc? it's really hard to break even when your hotel cost is 2-500.00 D: and no one is interested in hotel share -.-; so far the only cost saving tip I've found this year is I'm going to make my own gift boxes for jewelry items u ... actually I'd be interested to know how long people stay at their tables too xD for me we stick around till there seems like no one else is coming or until closing but I'm thinking of always leaving after 9pm this year since last year I don't remember having any one walk past who was actually seriously going to buy anything after that time, plus people tend to start acting a bit higher on th ... @kako - I say go for it @Starre257 Otakon's rules this year a bit different, but I'm still bringing fan art because I think even though my fanart kinda sucks and isn't always recognized I think it makes people feel more at ease somehow to look at my original stuff.
