I'm trying, but it's like an alarm clock. Every time I distract myself for too long it comes back. I'm just terrified that if I fall asleep I'll have a horrible nightmare about it or something.

So. My friend just made me watch part of a movie called "Megan is missing" and it's a movie based on a real life kidnapping event. The part she made me watch were real pictures of the real kidnapped victim. They were pictures, Of her. Dead. Mutilated. Absolutely, disgustingly, disturbingly displayed. I've never seen a real dead body before. Only in movies. Occasional bloody pictures ...
