i weigh 165 on the dot now. i did weigh 145 until i got comfy in a relationship. and i weighed 245 a few years ago. i'm 6'2". i'm either too fat or too skinny.

i wouldn't worry about what the scales say. you can feel it yourself and see it in the mirror. just shape your body how you want it to be and don't even look at the scales.
