Don't worry I'm sure in time your parents will be fine with it my mother is a tad old-fashioned so I kinda have a idea how it feels,
but in time im sure they won't be so miffed you are 18 after all a legal adult so they can't really say or do much unless they think you are in danger
and kakteed has some good points as well don't really fret and sweat over the small stuff it may be a litt ...

It sounds like you and her are comfortable and strong enough to give it a go and if you are both finacially set there really should not be a problem at worst case scenario you break-up but AT LEAST you would learn something in the end
but like I said it sounds like you have a strong relationship with her, and you both seem mature enough to do it

oh god I got so fed up and packed my crap and left I was done he put me through way to much unessesary drama and b.s -.-;; he abandoned me in a trailer park sicker as hell and with no food I had no car at the time I finally had enough blocked him on facebook annouced it was over and came home and worked on getting back on my feet it was only AFTER I left he tried to find me :/ the man is 24 for cr ...

There really should be more guys like you around very hard to find
ick my ex fiance did that to me -.-;; but he wouldnt break up with me which was the frustrating part... he would just ...leave me hanging... blow me off and sh--
so I said enough since he didnt have the guts to break it off with me I left
but hopefully he is just busy but still... he should tell you so you don't ...

but seriously? not trying to be mean but sometimes time apart is a good thing cause you don't want to be all up in each other's bussiness ALL the time :) trust me you will end up getting on each others nerves... I've learned this lol
