Quick question. Did you get between it and the stone spikes? As in... if it kept running, or if it couldn't stop its own momentum, would she be caught between the berewolf and the sharp rocks aimed to pierce it through-and-through? Or is she behind the spikes?

Pilan and Shadow hit the nail on the head, Shadow more elaborately, Pilan more directly. Your primary writing issue, as far as I can tell, is that you need to control only your character unless otherwise explicitly allowed.
