Only for certain banks. Like for Lloyds TSB if you already had a bank account then it automatically gets updated to a debit card, in fact I got mine like 4-6months before I turned 16! XD No idea why, just did! However my friend is on Abbeys and had to apply for her debit card even though she already had her bank account. But she was allowed to get it 3 months before she turned 16 as well! ...

I see no problem with steampunk at an anime convention at all. People wear lolita, sailor fuku, ganguro and other alternative fashion at anime conventions. Steampunk is just another alternate fashion, I've seen a full Steampunk group and they won the Entertainment category at a recent convention! Personally I would love to see more Steampunk at conventions, it's certainly pretty popular here ...

Rules are strictly over 18s only due to venue and alcohol. Even if you go with someone who's 18 your not allowed to go. This means I can't go, I'm too young T^T Just 3 more years till I can go along with my cosplaying buddies... Thing is it doesn't say the word "Annual" anywhere, lets just hope it is an annual event XD

To be honest I don't think there will be one in February since there's only 3-4 months left! If they were organizing it they would've booked the venue already and would obviously announce the date by now. So it'll either probably be on September again or won't happen at all!

I prefer to style my own wigs, mainly because a lot of commissioners always charge a high price when I can style my own for a much cheaper price. Plus if it involves a certain new skill such as extreme spiking and I commission it then I won't learn and will have to rely on a commissioner every time - I gotta learn somehow so I may as well just style my own wigs ^_^ Obviously if I'm running out of ...

I say don't blow dry the wig unless your hairdryer has a cool setting. What I use for extreme styles is TRESemme freeze hold, it works like a charm! I know you can get Got2bGlued as well which is great, I've never used it though cause they don't have that product in the UK - but TRESemme freeze hold works just as well and is perfect!
