From personal experience I have always got there at 11.00 and I've been going since 2006 to every MCM event. I have never had much of a problem with queueing, I'm either really lucky or 15-30mins doesn't seem too bad for me. Honestly it's not that bad queueing, it's a great way to socialize ^_^

Can you not just use TRESemme freeze hold to keep it in place? It's brilliant at keeping things in place, if you don't want it rock solid then some cheap cheap TESCO hairspray would be good. The cheaper the better.

I'm pretty sure there ARE lockers, that's what people keep saying. You have to pay to use them though. I don't actually know where abouts the lockers are, apparently they're on the bottom stairs but I haven't found them - then again I don't really look out for them!
