No. It should be a right. States are good on that. My problem is that they have also made it a requirement to attend awful schools and limit people's mobility in avoiding those schools which should be shut down. Also, be careful of the polar bears. The yellow jerks may seem cuddly and soft but they are one of the few animals on earth that actively hunt and kill humans.

I can mostly only work in California once I get a license, however, California usually has the tightest regulations for everything so I'll be able to slip into another state, take a few classes and get new training hours. Although, having to do an internship twice is not the plan. And I like California. xD

Yay for nursing programs! Good luck with that! Yea, school on saturdays is LaMe. But, it's worth it to some extent. I'm trying to become a therapist so eventually I should wind up making loads. And helping lots of people who need it but don't have that help elsewhere. Maybe I should switch those two sentences around. :mrgreen:

But what happens when a "right" like public education actually restricts the freedom of the American people? Certainly, to some extent, it is then a violation of the constitution.
