By the way, you might not want to have every frame set to a "uniform" length of time. In order to have proper timing, you'll have to fuss with it to get the anticipation just right. Are you a student or just interested? I'd suggest getting a book on the subject, either way. Really helps. :whee:

Well, you could download MonkeyJam and upload all the files into that. You have to learn it, though... but once you have the process down, the frame rate is really easy to change. http://www.giantscreamingrobotmonkeys.com/monkeyjam/download.html However, Movie Maker does have the capacity of inserting frames and adjusting them to the amount of time you want. I found it on Facebook whilst I was checking a game... and I just thought it was strange. An advertisement for "Fiesta" a new and extremely generic MMO by some company called Outspark. I see a million of these a day but never any with the audacity of tricking people by using another, well-established website's artwork. They have enough art of their own... but I guess they must be desperate! Anyway ...
