I own both & in my opinion go with BF3
Why?
1 - dedicated servers
I haven't been dropped from a match yet or lost connection with the servers/host but 2 times - in MW3 it's 20+ times each time I play - I didn't spend $60 to wait in a lobby just to have to go wait to find another lobby...
2 - community
MW3 players tend to be un-educated ***holes and little kids - 'nuff said
