Pretty sure it depends on where they shoot and the circumstances preceeding the shooting. The fact that there are two seperate crimes (attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon) means they can't always be applied together as part of the same charge. There would have to be enough circumstances where one could be applied without the other for them to be seperate.

Speaking of unsure of what's going on... Does anybody know if we've lost , DoLLHouSE_MonSt3R, and Not_Hemo? It seems like it's been forever since I've heard from any of them... I don't think Dart or Hemo have turns up or anything, but I know Monster was in the scene with Circe as two people, right? Hope they come back... kinda sucks when people leave without telling you... :sweat:

It's understandable if you missed the front page link. It's kind of a recent addition, and it's likely a lot of people haven't had any reason to check the front page in quite a while. The Marvel/DC RP is lookin' for a lot of pretty heavy characters, though... :sweat: if you're interested. We especially needs heroes of the female persuasion.
