I hit 5 8086 (0 0 0 0) blue screen's in a row so I didn't post. But the error is: "cannot open volume for direct access" (after restart!)

Have you used FL Studio? Have you used Logic Pro? I have. The only one I haven't seen/used is Ableton Live. And I'm not so good at Reason. It is definitely NOT more reason to get a Windows laptop... It should actually be "didn't matter"

Well, I did find one in C:I386, which I found weird. There is also a LMHOSTS in here, as well as in the directory given in the registry. Going to attempt a CHKDSK right now. Be right back with the error

Been there, tried that. You want to know the details that are giving me a headache? So you know how in your registry you have an entry that tells you where your hosts file is? Nope, that's not where the hosts file is. I can get into safe mode with networking but NOT safe mode. And last but not least, I /cannot/ run a disk check. Won't let me. If you want the error message, I can run it again.

Ha. So you even know about pod2g's blog huh? Good man. It's stable up to IPhone 4 I believe. He still has to test it for Iphone 4GS and iPad 2, IIRC. But why jailbreak? I'm not jailbroken on iOS 5.0.1 right now. I like it as is to be honest.

Actually firefox has patched some pretty significant security problems. The features you listed for chrome has been around for a long time. How is safari blah? And yes, you can uninstall IE now. Congratulations, you have no idea what you're talking about!
