@ Wander - I usually don't incorporate items into images, but I could (with the understanding that the item was unique). Example -
This one is one of mine personal portraits (my favourite actor) that I drew a year or so ago... the ones I'm doing now are all little kids who have all grown up or dead great grandparents and such. As long as I have a photo, I can work well.
The Danny Kaye picture above took me about 2 hours because I was working for myself.... I usually spend about 4 hours total on each head ...

Yeah... graphite pencils. I've been doing them for about a month now locally, and I'm making bank XD But I am good at it, so, *shrug* But I really need to finish a 1/3rd of the total by tomorrow so that the woman will have something to show on Christmas.... It's a total of 14 heads... I've completely finished one XD ... and I'm 80% finished with another. I need 4 by the end of tonight.
