1) The custom section you currently have on your profile is #id_custom_2513, not #id_custom_1823. Each time you delete and recreate the panel, its ID number will change. 2) You need to add list] tags to the content, so even if you had the right ID before, the section isn't going to scroll unless you use those tags.

1) If you want it to just stay default, you can add this to your code: #id_about:hover, #id_comments:hover, #id_about a:hover, #id_comments a:hover{cursor:default !important;} 2) Koko describes it in this guide in section 9. You use a different type of URL.

You need to enter actual numbers. If you don't know which numbers to put in, try inputing random numbers and then changing the numbers until the box is the size you want.

Actually, it is positioned. There are just some technical problems with the code. This is something I qualify as "brush spam." You use a bunch of brushes that don't coordinate well simply for the sake of using brushes. I think the most out of place brush is the white blurred dots, which don't fit the sleek nature of the rest of the profile.
