Signed. It's ridiculous. Banning tobacco related items but happily having tons of weaponry and lots of gory stuff - how hypocritical is that? Noones going to start smoking because of their avatar, just as noone is going to masscre people because they can have weapons and severed heads on here.

Actually, I'd like to know how the legal situation of all those anime/manga etc. themed items looks like. Somehow I don't really believe Gaia has the rights for ripping off the design of several anime/game/manga - series. I just hope this won't be any trouble someday.
