White; dynamic angles are just angles that aren't necessarily often used. Commonly used angles are profile(side) view, frontal, and 3/4th. My advice to you, is use reference! Always! It will help your anatomy and poses immensely. You've got a good start, but like you said, anatomy needs work. The pose looks a bit 'stiff'. I like the choice of clothing and accessory, but they just kind of hang or float on the character, I'd like to see them sit in a more natural way. The first is my favorite, it has the most interesting angle, and I like the striking red paired with the pencil/gray. The other 2 are a tad flat, work on adding depth with deeper blacks. Don't be afraid to really amp up the shadows.
