You can still file a report just like you usually would through . It is rare for cases to be taken care of beyond the required 30 day period, though there are exceptions depending on the circumstances. It's always worth a try.

If you've only changed genders once, there is a second free potion. Otherwise you have to pony up the gold for the potion.

Depending on the method of payment, such as Paypal, there is a freeze of 7 business days before you can move the items around. This is merely to prevent payment fraud.

The cost of change goes up by 10K with each change. 20, 30, 40, and so on.

You will have to follow up with the Offer Status page for each offer that you completed. They each have specific timeframes in which they usually grant, and when they don't you need to contact the company that you did the offer for.

At the top of the trade window is a "change" button, just click that to open the text field. :D

Sounds like you're being thrown for the loop, as the 3rd party companies are responsible for issuing the grants, not Gaia itself. That is the inherent problem with the Offer system, in that there is nothing that Gaia can do to help you if your offers will not grant as staff does not issue cash in this manner. In order for anything to be a violation it has to be written on site in an area that a report can be made against it. Anything that is a verbal agreement between you and someone else, or done through web messengers or anywhere else is beyond the reach of Gaia and not submittable as evidence.

For now they are merely for boasting, though in the future they are supposedly going to become a form of currency. And just like wing stickers, they will be spent in a special place.

Just as a heads up, not all usernames appear in search- a mod can tell you if a name is truly available, or tell you how its taken. Old names with special symbols will give you that error for instance,
