You can buy a premium or basic card and use it whenever. It sits as it did when you made your first character. You choose the character you wish to rebirth and click the rebirth buttom. Quite easy actually.

I play rather regularly. It's somewhat actually caused me to throw off my sleep cycle. Hence why I'm up so early/late. I'm just waiting for the patch to be done with so I can get on... G3 FTW? :D I just do hate the fact that our patches never stick to the finish time. It finished on time once...but every other time, it's taken them at least half an hour to 2 hours to finish it. It's kinda sad. ...
