Only thing I use is the quick links and that isn't very often I use that anymore. While the bar doesn't visibly bother me it does cause a problem when I'm waiting for the page to load, everything else will be there but I have to wait for the footer to load. Actually Peanut Labs does, if you look at it there is a need help link in the top right of the frame, once you click it a little window will come up, there are two tabs on it, one is for surveys and the other is for offers. There was a post set up where people could gift a turkey to someone else if they wanted and these can be bought for a reasonable price on the MP. Do the video offers...I earned enough to buy a 9 pack of Neon Core just the other day so yes they do pay out. Sometimes you just have to wait a little while. Normally for the video offers you get the cash right away, if you do any of the other offers it can take a few minutes to get it. If you are having a problem with the cash you can report it.
