Get off the internet and take your cat to the damned vet. Your cat is severely ill - he could be dying. Not taking him to the vet not only is horribly irresponsible, neglecting to do so is considered animal cruelty which is a crime pretty much everywhere. It goes beyond rude to cancel your order at a shop if they have already started it. If someone is doing custom work for you and have started the work, you are obligated to follow through with the agreement. Backing out half way through is considered scamming and is totally bannable.

Spaying/neutering makes a cat much less likely to be affected by common diseases. Intact cats have a higher incidence of pyometra, uterine, prostate, testicular & mammary cancers. General assistance is handled exclusively through PM and email - there is no phone number to call for general site issues. If you have a billing issue there is a support number that you can find on your paypal receipt.

Don't spread misinformation - you obviously don't know what you're talking about. Gaia does not ban on "suspicion of botting". Gaia bans on evidence of botting. Like I said, it's a grey area - not something that was actively enforced but also not something that was completely okay by the rules either. Maybe Gaia could work arrangements so that promotions with exclusive items can be ordered from all the distributors if the company selling has an international distribution network. I mean, at least with stuff online you can order it even if you don't live in the US - it's not like you'd physically have to go down to a Target and buy the dvd (which I couldn't do either - I'm in Canada.) It's not like it would be soulbound (though I guess they could do that too) - you could always buy one in the marketplace if you didn't want the dvd, just like previous items that have come with purchases.
