Totally necro-quoting, but this summer will be my third time at SoDak. It's a lovely little con, and I've always had a wonderful time there. The staff and AA Heads are fantastic! This is their first year as a three day con, and also their first year having the con during the summer, so it will be interesting to see how that affects attendance. :3nod:

Small change of plans. I like my other idea for a short story, but it will need more research. I'm just going to try and finish my forest short. It's 23 pages, but I penciled 11 already, so I guess 12 start-to-finish and getting the ones I started inked, lettered, and colored too.

I'm not entirely sure that writing after being awake for 30 hours is a good idea, but I'm getting stuff done. Hopefully it all makes sense tomorrow.

I find myself wanting at least an outline with beginning, middle, end, and other points of note laid out for me. I do not trust my scatterbrained self to remember everything, especially with a longer project. Once this blueprint is laid out I can go into more detail with scene summaries and then do my thumbnails and script at the same time.

The first act outline was looking good, so I expanded it into a full-fledged summary of all the scenes. I'm going to work on act two until I need to go to work.

I've given up writing detailed scripts for the same reason. I'll script/thumbnail together, once I get to that point. This comic keeps getting shorter but it's still long enough that I need my outline to make sure I'm keeping track of all the subplots. Or maybe it just seems shorter because it has a fairly concrete ending now. And that is what I'm working on this evening, identifying sub ...

I need to make sure all my ducks are in a row this time! I'm anxious to get back to drawing it. Gonna work on characters for a while before reading through that outline again and making more revisions.

E: Or not. My phone is refusing to connect to the computer right now. Thanks for the feedback! After looking back with fresh eyes I found a bunch of other issues so I've pretty much done a full rewrite with new thumbnails which I'll post when I get back from the vet.

Long time no see guys! I've got a rough draft for a 19 page comic that needs some feedback. First 10 pages. Pages 11-19. I've posted to pages to my tumblr art blog, if that method of viewing isn't working let me know and I'll figure something else out. My goal for this was to keep it 22 pages or less, so there's plenty of wiggle room if anything needs changing. Enjoy!

Until recently, I kept them. But I'm moving and my new place has limited storage space so something had to go. I looked through all of it, laughed until my sides ached, kept a few, scanned a few, and the rest is in a pile ready for marshmallow roasting.
