2k isn't going to get you much, a lot of people are pretty stingy as well as art takes a lot of time and effort. For me, art takes several hours to several days depending. From me, for 2k you would only get a single person head shot sketch or single chibi sketch. There are some people though who don't charge much, I hope you find that person or they find you.

It's not skin tight because that is how it was made. I custom ordered it off ebay. The reason it is made lose because it will rip with movement. Also because of the white paint it stretches and looses it's elasticity.
