Another theme of this deck is getting Kiki-Jiki out and abusing creatures such as Pestermite(Instant win, generally), Solemn Simulacrum, Eternal Witness, etc.
Are there any other good creature tutors or creatures that can be abused with Kiki that I'm missing?

Unfortunately not. Enchanted Evening only makes your permanents enchantments, it does not affect spells.

If you're gonna use Protean Hydra, you should try to find Leyline of Vitality to make him playable(He won't die to damage).
I'd say:
-4 Goblin Guide
-4 Fling
-3 Giant Growth
-4 Dragon's Claw
+4 Leyline of Vitality
+4 Fauna Shaman(If you can find her)
+2 Comet Storm(Helps you finish off their creatures or acts as a wincon)
+3 Cultivate
+2 Primeval Titan(Alright, if you can't get him, ...

I like Volition Reins. It may see play in UW sideboards against the mirror. It steals Planeswalkers. That's the important thing.
This card is only good if theres an artifact equivalent of Emrakul and you can play stone idol trap before turn 4. Alternatively, you can kill your own tuktuk, or use Gargoyle castle outside of standard.
Also Dread Statuary. It'd cost a crapton of mana, though. xD
