just be sure not to get too wrapped up in nude characters because I know i was and it kinda ended up not being a good thing in the long run.

When things are foreshortened, they can have the appearance of looking "chubbier", but i hope you get what i'm trying to say anyways. Don't get too wrapped up in a design.
Anywho, hope it was helpful anyways. :)

Well, you can generally tell how good a pose is if you can silhouette it and still know exactly what's going on. It's more of a design thing and something to think about when drawing. I know it's hard while you're in the problem solving stage to think about that ON TOP of whatever you're trying to figure it out, but if you keep on it, you'll see the change in your drawing. :)

lol, you totally sound like precollege me.
i remember i used to get really indignent when people would look at me drawing and judge me. lol.
I think i was really against clothes too. but now clothes are fun.

Seriously!!
What i realized for myself is that it is actually probably a lot easier for me to draw semi realistic or realistic but when it comes to cartoons.. Cartoons are a whole new sensibility and in a lot of ways it's a lot more complicated and challenging than realism. that's what blew me away. Honeslty, my hard headed ness made it hard for me to go forward as an artist.
