02 died, not 09. And if 02 really is dead, he'll go to a place where he'll be very happy. Full of water meat and bugs and baby tigers and stuff.

02's death wasn't really 09's fault so much, although that's definitely how it looks in the comic. But he's already paid for his actions, through all of the pain he has suffered from and the guilt that is surely making him suffer now.

I'm not sure what you mean by "do this and u get money", but it worries me. It's also probably morally incorrect.
