well to me it is, for the value of a charger at least, but in dollars i think that would be roughly $12.5 give or take a few dimes or dollars etc.

XD I don't know how much $1 = ? pounds. But if its around $12 that's cheap. Chargers can be like $20 or more sometimes, depending on what you get one for.
