I made the axe and all and i went to talk to him and nothing happen did i do somehing wrong?

you've either hit a glitch, or you didn't collect all the items in-game. do you still have any quests to collect the required loot items for the recipe? if you don't, report this as a glitch in the zOMG! Bugs forum and move on.

If you bought the items it doesn't count
You have to earn them

You don't have to make the axe. That is no need to go to Nicolae to craft an actual axe you can use with your avatar >.<

Only kill stuff to collect the items needed like in most quests.
