idk if this exists yet but if it does not then here is something >_<
The Form

Area: pvp arena
Summary: a place where a player can vs a random player or a player of their choie hd to head
Explanation: pretty much, people always think they are really tough and some people think they are tougher. well a good way to find out who is tougher is the player vs. player rooms. special rooms where 2 players can fight an see who wins. loser does get dazed but not sent to null chamber. your fighter is also ur enemy so it is like they are an animated except they a not lol. this is hard to make but some poeple might like it. as a future thing if it gets big enoughi there can be bettings, someone bets say an orb or a crystal, the other person either matches, declines or raises the odds. imcase should it be a bigger hit, there could be bleachers that others can watch from so if 3 friends want to try this, only 2 at a time can fight so the third can watch. Also another idea can be rooms where there are 3-6 fighters where ech person is fighting the other 5. And (oh g-d spare me!)[im almost done i promise lol] there could be rooms where groups can fight so a group of 4 wants to fight a group of 3 and see which group is stronger they can do that. whew. im done. if all of this is alreaady there than i feel weird sweatdrop but either way im hoping at least 1 thing here is new ^^.
Pictures and Examples: rooms can be anything... sweatdrop and if you are asking it is my excuse for not having a picture... xd
another ^^
The Form

Area: ring
Summary: this is a special ring that have lighntning on it and it is a paralysis ring
Explanation: some monsters getup in groups and attack you and it is really irritating, even if you are strong. this ring sets a paralysis for like 1 min something so that monsters cant move. (this ring would not be able to affect boss monsters because that is kinda cheap.) but monsters would be frozen and no be able to move for a bit. also ring cant be used until 1 min so even if you kill moster then ring will still have to wait.
Pictures and Examplesnone right now sorry i stink at drawing>_<

The Form

Area: beginners choice
Summary: a starter for the first time can choose to either name him/herself or keep her username
Explanation: some people find it easyer to call someone one bob instead of hotkittylicious14427 as an example. u would be gven the option as soon as u talk to the person who you talk to 2nd in the game (think name was larry?) so u can choose names and names could be the same since it is only character names. if someone clicks to see the person's profile their real username would come up.
Pictures and Examplessorry again i suck xp

(sorry that u can never see a drawing but imagine it ^^)
x-Dark Dream
The Form

Area: Other Suggestions
Summary: Moving
Explanation: When using the clicking method to move around instead of the keyboard, when having the PDA and the chat up, you can't click on the left to move onto the next screen.
Pictures and Examples Make the PDA and the chat screen a bit smaller.

Its already small enough. Largen your Battle Screen or whatever its called, if it still gets in the way.

but that blockes the screen, if you make is smaller it is better for many people, maybe not u but this would help me alot.

Area: Other
Summary: More keyboard controls, controller support
Explanation: I see no 'friendly' select that is not unlike the 'target' select.
Although the crew menu is sufficient for this purpose.

As you said, the crew selection is usefull for that.
Since the space bar is already used for selecting yourself, perhaps it could be modified to cycle through crew members like the ~ does for enemies?

i agree with her...it will be very helpful for our friends ....
Area:rings
Summary: light mantis, shadow mantis, psycho mantis.
Explanation: light mantis and shadow mantis are different forms of the normal mantis. after you get level 4 mantis you can get either shadow cricket gem or sunlight cricket gem. you use this to upgrade the mantis to its next level. here are my ideas. (also i like the branch powers idea. think about it. the ability to add an element to a ring.)
shadow mantis
level 1: its a black mantis. woo. put energy into it. *not very energetic. doesn't get any kind of bonus.*
level 2: every strike takes emotion. what is this blasphemy. well it is shadow. each strike is more powerful and has a chance of shadow binding an enemy making them sit still. * 1 in 30 chance of this happening.*
level 3: this feels like the level 2 shadow mantis. guess again. if you charge emotion you will get different effects. 1bar is a line that hits enemy behind the enemy you have targeted. 2 bars will have a chance of critical hit and that effect last for a minute and goes to your team and any other attack rings you may have. all 3 bars will summon the animated shadows to attack there owners. this is good if you are surrounded and have no where to go or heal. attack of the shadow is equal to your energy. each strike takes 10 energy.
level 4: if you charge this attack even just one bar it will eat up all your energy (must have at least half to activate. that way its not to demanding.) this will cause finisher. blades will fly on a single enemy. you are immune to all other damage for the duration of the attack (the attacked enemy will be stunned unless its a boss. bosses will still attack you even in the blade storm.) this will result in a dark energy pulse that damages surrounding enemys. this attack takes 50 energy. you may want the old effects instead. well out of battle click the shadow mantis twice to change it to the level 3 effects.

light mantis.
level one: well it looks mighty fancy but it doesn't do as much as the other mantises. well this is because after 5 strikes it heals you a little. good for survival.
level two: well now it heals after only 2 hits. but cant it do any better? yes it can. like its older brother that annoys it by coming into its room and takes stuff without asking it takes some emotion but it has a good chance to. if you get the 1 in thirty chance you will heal as much as a normal healing ring and every one adjacent. so this is a good traveling companion.
level 3: well now it looks different. its wider but its middle is missing. it kind of looks like its made of crystals. the middle has a good use. like its older brother it uses emotion attacks. all of these take ten energy also. here are the effects
1 bar: expands the swords range so that you don't get caught a little off and have to move to hit them. it dose good damage and heals more than normal.
2 bars: a light blade comes from the middle. this effect lasts for a minute. you now have a mid range mantis.
3 bars: you summon a flash of light from the sword that causes much damage for the animated. like its older brother it dose damage that is magnified by the amount of energy you have left.
level 4: yeah you know whats coming. finisher. you summon the sword and it lays down a fury that the creator himself must have been able to do (actually these rings were created by you but some people don't like the word god so i will avoid that.) it also uses a splash damage after its done to make sure you don't get hurt. it also takes 50 points of energy but it heals you. you better thank it. this sword is weaker then its older brother but if you decide that the best defense is the ability to recover then you will like it.
psycho mantis is a sword that give its use the ability mold space instead of actually using a sword. you just make a slash in space for a mid range attack that is less powerful then the other two upgraded powers but you get more fun ability's. here they are. (also you need to find a psy stone to actually get this ring form a level four mantis)

level one: you slash using your mind to focus it. it has the normal energy cost so don't worry so much. also if you have a full emotion bar you can use stress slash. it more powerful but its the only emotion you can use with psy power. it dose more damage and recovers more quickly so you can use this more often.
level two: you can now use more emotion. it become a kind of focus lens.
1 bar: confuse your opponent and have them attack the other. this is so fun to use. bosses have a special immunity seeing as they are already both confused by us and angry.
2 bars: you can steal energy form any opponent. even bosses. the drawback is that you need to complete a mini-game to get it from the enemy. (i think it should be that you need to open odd locks to get it from the enemy. like one you have to life it slowly and then below that you need to click the buttons in the right order.) you are vulnerable but you cant lose the mini-game you can quit however.
3 bars: you can suddenly control the creature's luck. you can chose to reduce 2 of three stats of there fate. 1 aim. the monster will miss more 2 balance. the monster will fumble with movement and trip. 3 reaction time. they take more damage and get hit more often. (bosses cant have fumble on them. they are just immune. i don't know why!)
level 3: you do much more to enemys and the emotion attacks are more effective. confuse last longer and the monster luck sours faster meaning more effect on them.
level 4: double click on the ring slot and charge it. this will cause the world to psy turn. this causes every one who is good to have better stats and enemys are confused and don't do as well as normal. flamingos will separate, gnomes will only attack you one at a time. if you don't have any companion on your screen (that is the effect of the area though after they leave your area they will still act stupid for a while. also no real stat downs after they leave) if you lack partners then you can actually confuse the enemys with this attack. if sane ones (one in 10 will be sane. you cant beat them all) see you they will attack you and do double damage for the first attack. they don't like being toys (they say ignorance is bliss) so they put rage in one attack.

those are my ideas. i hope you like them. no drawing. though i will see about what i can do if there are any requests.

Bring back ninja's usefulness!
I can't dodge ANYTHING.
And I can't up my CL because of loot boundries.
And I can't survive because I have no defense and now, even having dodge is useless because it DOESN'T LET ME DODGE.
So I can't get orbs.
So I can't level up.
So I can't get to the next area.
So I can't play.

Summary: Making the heavy-breathing "out-of-stamina" and heart-pounding "you're gonna die soon" sound effects be controlled by the sound options menu.
Explanation: I like listening to music while on my computer. So, I go to Menu->Options and turn both the Music and Sound volume %s down to 0. But that does not affect the heavy-breathing "out-of-stamina" and heart-pounding "you're gonna die soon" sound effects. Maybe make an option in the sounds menu to turn those two specific sound effects off.

Ok, I think you should put something on the map that show where the animated are. It doesn't have to be anything special, maybe as simple as a red glowing dot scampering around the map as the animated move. It'd be a bit easier for us to train, and if there is a place where there are a ton of animated (too many for you to handle), it would be a precaution not to go there. It's fairly simple and would prevent having more gaians being dazed or killed (whatever you call it when you lose all of your health).
Edit: OOps, was I supposed to put this here?

here is one of my ideas. maybe it should be that the PDA can pick up large amounts of animated. so if an animated is in an are by itself you wouldn't see it but if gnomes are by there base there would be a red glow. that way you could avoid getting caught off guard. but you should have to visit the place first. or one of your crew should have to.

Yes this needs to be an option or easier still, just put a button in the corner like on towns and games.
