Back when zomg first came out I was a GCDer and so I already knew that Gaia items would have nothing to do with the game.

I thought it was a corny game back then when i first saw it..then...what became is that it's now my favorite game. But, then it slowly becames boring afterwards because of NO UPDATES.

I thought it was gonna be something like.. A usual MMORPG(even though it said MMO emotion_facepalm well I was 13-14 when I started playing.. Makes sense)
Then I got out of the sewers and I was like "The ******** kind of game is this?"
I hated zOMG until I reached 10.0 and made friends with people.
Now I can't stay off of it rofl

But I thought it was gonna be something like gaias version of World of Warcraft

When I first joined I failed so hard. I tried to advance too fast.. I would die, over and over and over, by LAWN GNOMES dkjgdkg.

So I ragequit. For a few months atleast. When I came back I made it to Papa Saw.. ragequit again and tried out SS. Then I fell in love and started participating in Easter & Halloween events.

I've never been one to follow announcements. I specifically looked for 'zOMG open!' and ignored every other word. But I was lucky and got to do the whole train tut, make it out of the sewers, etc. on my first time. The Lawn Gnomes ruined everything for me ;___;

But I guess I expected it to be something like Flyff. idk

HoC is straightforward; I just don't have the attention span for it.

imo the game is easy, but it becomes a lot more difficult once you hit DMS because you have to pay attention to game mechanics there.
